開的盲盒，太空艙設施很全，還送火鍋下午茶早餐民族服裝拍照和騎馬，有地方停車，還有篝火晚會。
這裏麪最亮眼的是管家妹子小陳的服務，跑前跑後，幫助協調解決了很多問題，讓我們對這家旅店好感再上一個台階。

房間太棒了，270度的玻璃環繞，整體環境特別好，可以騎馬，火鍋，下午茶一條龍，不用出去都能解決！在此特別感謝管家楊曉平，行李幫我們拿上拿下，給小朋友送 拖鞋牙刷怕打擾到我們就一直在房間門口等。小朋友騎馬的馬伕管家也特別棒，特別負責。一直牽着馬帶着小朋友繞圈玩。

超級好的房間，設施完善乾淨，全景正對着河谷草原，還贈送了拍照，在房間門口的椅子上坐一會欣賞美景喝一口咖啡，真的很愜意。

營地⛺️氛圍很好，晚上有篝火晚會，房間設施齊全舒適，下午茶和小火鍋品種齊全，味道也很好，特別要提的是我們的美女管家小夏小姐姐，熱情細緻，下雨了拿傘給我們，小朋友帽子掉了還幫我們找了回來，無時無刻都在關心我們，非常温馨！

房間乾淨 獨立衞浴 預訂的有送下午茶和晚餐的套餐火鍋 量很大 體驗了騎馬 還拍了美美的照片 還有專門的管家服務 曉平管家第一時間幫我們出來拿了行李 安排了餐食和各種活動 晚上還有篝火晚會 起風很好

酒店很不錯，對面就那拉提草原，房間衞生很好，沒有異味，熱水也足夠，管家小陳、小陽服務熱情到位，其他服務員也很親切。

離那拉提門口不遠，但經常大堵車，20分鐘車程開一個多小時，酒店裡麪就有馬場，很方便，但也因此牛馬味比較大，希望可以增加清潔人員及時清理。房間就是露營車那種，在野外這個條件還算可以，水電空調什麼的都很方便。管家小陳服務很好，很熱情，這是我最滿意的地方
