必須給一個超級超級五星好評，本來從賽里木湖開車到酒店很辛苦，到了酒店門口就有一位小姐姐和一位小哥哥出來幫拿行李，直接送到房間，所有工作人員都是面帶微笑，我們去了那拉提晚上回來，工作人員又送來西瓜和酸奶，滿滿的愛心和體貼，早上早餐豐盛，退房了還有工作人員拿行李，完了還送了伴手禮，完了幾個小哥哥和小姐姐在路口歡送，雖然入住時間很短，但是整個過程各個細節太貼心了，情緒價值拉滿了，太温馨了，下次去那拉提肯定還住這裏

小哥哥小姐姐服務特別👍，沒有入住前看到評論區的一個評論，説好評是刷出來的，説是店裡答應給顧客返現，勞累了一天的開車，試試吧，看到底是真是假？從賽里木湖出來就下雨，車剛剛到，小哥哥就打傘幫忙搬運行李，入住特別舒服，寶寶愛他們送來的酸奶，小哥哥小姐姐不止一次的送來，走的時候也是送的伴手禮，可以用自己的親身體驗告訴想入住的顧客們，那個差評是胡説的，估計是同行吧，看不得人家生意好，這家店得服務值這房費👍

房間乾淨整潔，服務也是很貼心，一羣年輕人，特別暖心，顏值也高。看到帶長者孩子出行還幫忙升級了一下房間，nice。

這次出行最令人感到驚喜的就是這家民宿，服務很好，工作人員都非常熱心，認真負責，會主動幫忙清洗烘乾衣物，每天出門前會指明前往景區的路線，還貼心的把車頭沖洗乾淨，早餐飯菜也十分美味。環境整潔，景色也很不錯，坐在院子裏就能看見景區翠綠的山峯，露天天台是一個不錯的拍照地點。房間內設施齊全，燈光很充足。到了晚上，園中還會生起篝火……總而言之，在這裏的入住體驗十分不錯，在這裏特別為小葉、小齊點贊，謝謝你們在這兩天裏的貼心服務。

民宿的設計真的很出片，適合拍照，而且二樓露台有絕美的夕陽，到的時候剛好趕上落日，加上被夕陽映射下的雲層，真的超級美！滿眼望去都是美好，還不遠處就是那拉提空中草原，一切都剛剛好……
