酒店不錯 但是前台接電話的小哥是不是服務態度不太行啊？攜程客服説找酒店開專票，前台小哥很傲氣的讓我找客服開，説他保證客服能開，不能開再找他開，但是他保證可以開😓最後攜程客服沒有權限開不了還是得酒店開。。。這是有多懶😓本來覺得酒店很不錯的 一下子拉低評價了衹能説😓

想要景觀好一點挑了個好景色的大床房，前台小姐姐一看我們一家4口，非常熱心的幫我們找了個墊子加了張床。酒店會提前一天聯繫幫訂景區自駕門票，雖然酒店位置在景區外，但是景色也不錯，交通也方便。

房間正對着河谷草原，感覺不進景區就能欣賞到的美景，尤其推薦酒店自己的餐廳的晚餐，巨巨巨巨好吃，我們點了風味炒烤肉還有兩素菜都好好吃，新疆最好吃的一家酒店了，而且攜程酒店提供的服務也別其他酒店全面
