房間隔音效果稍微差點兒，因為正好是旅遊旺季，隔壁有很多旅行團，説話的聲音大一點，但是環境確實是非常非常好，交通也非常方便。

房間寬敞、整潔，洗漱用品齊全，前台服務周到，不僅免費升級房型，而且，還把幾間房調到一棟樓，位置就在仙女湖門口，對面就是遊客服務中心，方便上船遊玩！

挺無語的一間酒店，服務和環境都很好，但是我想升級房間（我有攜程兑換），當晚整個酒店衹有我一個房間，前台説第二天，第二天客滿了，不好意思，第二天客滿關當天什麼事呢。另外標間那棟樓是沒有電梯的（三樓）。二百多的房間，要三百按金，在外一個月了，第一次要按金的。😁

房間佈局合理，衞生乾淨，床品很舒服。酒店服務人員禮貌熱情，酒店環境非常清雅幽靜，是度假休閑的好去處，就在景區裏，離仙女湖碼頭兩三分鐘步行。

第一次來仙女湖，國慶過來天氣非常好，風景美，活動多，體驗也非常好，感覺不在湖南株洲酒埠江酒仙湖、湖南郴州東江湖、廬山西海之下。環湖路也非常舒服，適合自駕、騎行、釣魚和露營。酒店就在碼頭，地理位置非常方便，玩累了可以直接回酒店躺平，這點太方便了。酒店比較新，房間大、安靜，還有讀書房，小朋友特別喜歡去，還提供租單車服務，都是捷安特或美利達的山地車，早餐也過得去，適合住個2到3晚。

優點是酒店較新，整體環境可；在景區門口，晚上可以看各種表演活動；副樓一樓是個書吧，環境很温馨，算是特色和亮點；停車在酒店外圍一圈。
接下來説缺點：
房間備品簡單，沒有小童拖鞋和牙具，多要任何備品都要收費；充電樁就兩個，1.5元一度。
自助早餐一般，晚餐在旁邊的仙遇記，味道一般。
服務很差，兩顆星給個別還熱情的服務人員，大部人服務意識較差；小朋友晚上撞了玻璃門，酒店也沒有應急處理，冰塊沒有，冰飲料沒有，説是景區有醫務室，走到景區醫務室也沒有人；房間座機是壞的，手機打前台反映並讓給再送兩雙託鞋，鞋沒送，座機電話也沒下文；晚上因為要點蠟燭過生日，想借打火機，生硬地告知是無煙區，沒有打火機，想溝通一下問餐廳也沒有火麼，就一句話沒有打火機，完全沒有想幫忙解決的意思，這是讓人最不爽的地方，後來還是辦入住的其他客人聽不下去借給用一下。
總之，硬件還行，軟件不行，景區離市區不遠，如果自駕，沒有必要住景區附近，仙女湖不大，環湖也不需要很長時間。

酒店在景區內，出門100米就可以到湖邊了，時間如果多的話是個休閑的好去處，我們特意差開國慶出遊，人不多很舒服。
