攜程的價格跟**價格每間房貴了五百塊，從此以後卸載攜程。衞生方面一般般很多地方都有灰塵，環境還算可沒什麼地方好玩的看一下山水而已。房間的地板磚特別滑，我女兒在裏面摔了一跤，開了兩間房兩個吹風機都是壞的。叫前台換也沒人過來。酒店的服務意識有待提升。景點內沒什麼表演的，山路十八彎車的發動機都幹到冒煙就是為了去山上睡一覺，其他什麼都沒有，沒有宣傳的那麼，總體來講不值這個價格，一次非常失望的親子游。

第二次入住訪酒店，酒店設在馬安竹海半山腰上，四周被漫山遍野的竹林環繞，我住的房間陽台放眼望去，綠油油的竹林，最喜歡的是大夏天在這裏依然涼風颼颼，非常舒服，晚上在下面廣場還有歌舞表演和放煙花，度假避暑勝地，最不滿意的是住客汽車不能直接開到酒店樓下，中午到達要下午3點後才能入住房間，酒店回覆是清潔衞生跟不上，另外，希望酒店改善一下早餐的品種供應，實在太少、太簡單、簡陋了。
