Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

I carefully selected the hotel in Xinxiang, and finally chose the hotel in Yuanna, which really didn't disappoint me. Really recommended. Especially the warm service attitude of the front desk on the 5th, I am really satisfied, the bedding is also very clean and hygienic, in short, the overall is great, if you have the opportunity to come again, it is also a choice without hesitation.

This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel this year. The service attitude of the hotel is as good as ever. The breakfast is also very good. The pillows in the room are very comfortable. When I checked in, the sister at the front desk was very careful and also installed a card cover for the ID card.

Send the child to school, set this hotel, the location is very good to find. The environment is good, the room is quite clean, the shampoo tastes good, the mattress is more comfortable to sleep. The little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and I will stay at this hotel when I see the child in the future. It is highly recommended.
