糟糕的入住體驗，五星酒店連最基本的熱水保障都無法滿足。
作為酒店的工作人員，面對客人的問題，不應該第一時間去排查和解決，而是質疑客人，這種服務態度與五星級酒店的定位嚴重不符。
服務意識上都存在嚴重的缺陷。希望酒店管理層能夠重視這些問題，認真反思並加以整改。
