非常差的一次親子旅行，每天都一肚子氣，酒店的服務人員確實該提升提升了，真是讓人來一次就不想再來的酒店了，第一天因為孩子超高几釐米早餐不讓進生一肚子氣，1.1以上就要收費，親自酒店竟然不送孩子早餐，這地方不帶孩子誰來，投訴完第二天送了一個延時到兩點退房，我心想還行，你不送我延時退房我中午就走了，這傢伙告訴我超過兩點必須收停車費，我不差這十五塊錢，退房前你是不是應該告知我，孩子在動物園門口太陽下等着，這邊不交停車費就不讓走，牛牛牛！店大欺客！可能人家也是不愁客源吧！

因為出行時間比較緊張，這次選擇了長頸鹿房，從入住開始就享受到管家無微不至的照顧，忘記管家姓啥了，很爽朗的一個女孩子，還是半個山東老鄉呢，很熱情很貼心，領着我們快速入園，還有優速通，都節省了很多時間，小童駕校那邊的WYQ，説話很温柔，待人接物很心細周到，總之這次旅行很完美，唯一就是餐廳品種如果再多點就好了

比預期要差很多 也許是我們對管家服務有更高的要求 這次酒店派的一對一管家對於一些酒店和樂園的提示太被動了 不問不説 長頸鹿別墅官方圖片很少 所謂別墅 説是4人入住 其實衹有一間屋 一個大床一個上下鋪單人床 上鋪沒法睡人 巨小 管家知道我們是三大一小卻對房型沒有任何提示 價格大幾千塊一晚 價格直追迪士尼 搞的我們四個人擠在一間屋子裡勉強睡了兩晚 宣傳別墅住客可以喂長頸鹿 實際上每天上下午各有兩個小時外放時間 而免費的長頸鹿飼料衹有一根樹葉和一個杯子裝的幾個胡蘿蔔 跟管家多要一點不給 衹能花錢買 吃相之難看可想而知 餐品差到不值一提 第一次去樂園本應該有陪同 打電話給管家 人家也不出來 讓自己去 進去手環這些都是自己找半天問半天才換了的 一氣之下找到攜程客服 説酒店管理人員會聯繫我 雖然沒人聯繫我 第二天也給換了一個管家 這點服務的分數我是給她的 除了她以外 感覺所有人都不想營業的狀態 不加強管理很難長久

5月23日訂的該酒店套票訂單.（本計劃24到店定錯日期，這個是核心，得怪自己。但現在都什麼年代了，酒店處理的方式挺傷人的。）23號晚上實際未入住，也沒有酒店或者平台電話知會確認是否到店是否入住確認訊息。人未到酒店，沒有在前台辦理入住流程（未上傳身份證件訊息至公安系統平台）直接視已開房已售客房？該酒店神操作，更甚的是第二天中午11點半左右到店，方知道我們酒店定錯了日期，酒店前台員工用我家人的電話告知我在平台進行協調溝通衹要平台允許變更訂單即可。但是平台回覆我酒店以該房間已過夜審為由無法退訂。無奈衹能重新在平台上下24號當天的訂單。這個吃相該酒店確實有點難看了，有辱河南鄭州文旅精神風貌，沒辦法店大欺客，誰讓我們是從外省帶孩子來玩的，為了省事省時衹能當案板的魚肉了！

我們是升級的商務套房 兩千多塊錢一晚的酒店 房間內的環境和設施就像快捷酒店一般 連燈得開關都是各是各的 最可氣的是給前台打電話要蕎麥枕 送過來還是棉花枕頭 就上面有一點點蕎麥 和房間原來的枕頭有什麼區別 加上動物王國 總體體檢感來説 下次不會再來 錢沒少花 各種不舒服

房間很大，服務周到，早餐豐盛，地段不錯，去動物王國冰雪世界等都很近，而且還有小火車可以坐，非常方便，入住體驗感很好，酒店親子活動豐富，玩的設施有很多，銀趣廊，駕校，小童樂園等等等等，工作人員服務都很好，2378，值得推薦！
