從來沒有見過服務如此垃圾的酒店，很少用垃圾來形容一個酒店，但這個酒店服務實至名歸。去了以後，因為時間很晚了、所以不想麻煩工作人員，讓前台給我指路，想要自己找到去房間的路。前台讓我從餐廳穿過去，但沒有説清楚路，導致我在沒有燈的地方被困住了20min。事後也沒有對我進行補償，這個地方不會再來了。希望來的朋友們擦亮眼睛，真的別選擇

非常失望的一次家庭温泉體驗！我們特意購買了酒店的**家庭套票**，本以為能方便省心。結果，從辦理入住到前往温泉區，**沒有任何工作人員主動、清晰地告知我們需要走特定的酒店內部通道**！我們像普通遊客一樣，直接去了樂海温泉的**正門入口**。
到了正門才被告知，我們買的酒店套票不能從這裏進，需要走酒店通道。更讓人惱火的是，**從樂海正門進入需要額外加購門票，價格和我們套票包含的部分有明顯差額**！這感覺就像被“坑”了一道——如果酒店方提前明確告知通道訊息，我們根本不會走錯路！
最糟糕的是後續處理。我們説明情況後，工作人員溝通效率極低，讓我們在門口瘋了1個小時**！期間沒有任何人積極協調處理或指引我們該怎麼做，完全就是晾在一邊。我們給提供方案進去又不採取，最後雖然勉強讓我們進去了，但寶貴的時間和遊玩的心情都被徹底破壞了。遇到問題至少應該靈活處理，10分鐘能解決的問題吵了一小時才勉強解決，作為每天接待上萬人度假區，要有靈活多變的處理能力。
