衞生：不乾淨，好多煙頭，地上帶水。
設施：應該是老酒店，比較舊，但還好！

房間非常臟，地毯上面全是油漬，房間一股煙味，服務基本沒有。四樓是KTV，魚龍混雜。四部電梯衹有一部能用，經常在電梯裏面遇到ktv的紋身大哥和精神小妹。最關鍵的是，房間裏面有臭蟲，住完第二天渾身都是臭蟲咬的包，又癢又紅。

衞生一般，馬桶都沒有沖乾淨，有浴缸，但是浴缸落得一層灰；
環境一般邊上有公園步行大概1公里左右；
開房的時候服務員也沒有過多説話；
房間沒有空調，設施老舊，沙發破舊，根本不能坐人；

酒店位置好，去哪都方便，沒空調這個事也沒啥好説的，因為很多酒店也沒空調；但是，這是個古董酒店，毛巾都抽絲了，有蚊子也沒看見驅蚊的，四部電梯衹有一部能用，晚上高峯期等的讓人焦躁
