有停車場，出差過來挺方便的 。前台服務也很好，細心周到。上下樓電梯也很方便，前台人員每次都打招呼，噓寒問暖的，住時間久了，就跟自己家一樣。隔壁有幾家好吃的麪館，推薦！

前台戴眼鏡男生服務態度很差，好像別人欠他錢一樣，口氣很大，而且一問三不知或者不回答問題，不建議去住.

房間乾淨整潔，服務員服務態度很好。親戚幫忙定的，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，到酒店還送了一桶爆米花很甜很好吃。下次來西寧還住這裏，真的很滿意。
