酒店距離火車站近，出站步行即可到達。設施及清潔服務均達五星標準。一點遺憾就是前台堅持收按金，我這個級別會員在拉薩都沒有收按金，沒想到西寧入住還收了300元按金，不可思議。

1、整體有點繞：大堂不在一樓，在頂樓，房間在9樓，相對有點繞。有地下一和地下二兩個停車場，不在一起，地下一相對方便，但位置較少，地下二衹有一個電梯可以直達，其他需要換電梯轉達。
2、服務一般：酒店前台服務感覺一般，電話接聽都不是很及時，對停車的指示也不是很準確。房間比較大，不過酒店設施相對老舊。
3、餐飲：有個特色酸奶很不錯，其他就是比較正常的早餐。

開元大飯店臨近西寧火車站，距城區內南北方向快速路不遠，交通便利。酒店規模不小，各類設施配置完善，空間寬暢，尤其是餐廳面積大，設施全，服務人員工作比較到位。接待大廳在21樓，環境不錯，休息、喝茶、閲讀、商務等功能齊全。
不足之處，其一是一樓未設接待處，第一次來的客人不知去哪裡辦理入住。其二地下停車場是單通道，車輛進出不方便，且衞生條件不好，能聞到一股地下臭水味，駕乘人員進入電梯間通道環境很差，有損酒店形象。

施備一般,最可怕的是天氣很熱,我们五月底入住,入到房间如蒸籠,問服務員說房间冷氣不開放,到七,八月才开放,但酒店說明有冷氣,並沒有說明五,六月不开冷氣,30度高温,房间西斜,可想像如何悪劣,找服務員幫忙,可否給一把風扇,最後给你一把沐室暖風機作風扇之用,整晚酷熱難以入睡
1）如果不开空調,應在網上說明
2）是否應該有座地風扇應急,一把風扇不太貴,但住客因太熱無法入睡,為何要住這酒店,這是我第一次整晚太熱未有穿衣躺在床上,但未能入睡
3）服務員未能及不想如何幫忙
4）酒店管理層應該檢討
5）未能供應舒服房间给住客,應該關閉
6）希望未来住客避坑

近火车站 房间夠大 不知道是否西宁市其他旅馆都一样没有空'调 我的房间西曬 在西宁那幾天又热 房间温度表顕示31度导雖然前台说温度表不準但無法入睡 最后工作人员送上風扇才勉强入腄 最后才知道是酒店规定五月不能开空调

樓下就是一日遊集合地點，所以選了這家酒店，結果意外的不錯，有空調，房間很大，洗澡水也充沛，乾濕分離，沐浴液是猴麪包樹的很不錯。
