很老舊的賓館，類似企業招待所，但價格卻不便宜。停車不方便，房間設施陳舊，房門和衣櫃門都關不嚴，洗漱間混水閥不好用，時而停供熱水，早餐擺放不規範，飲品容器沒有標識，橙汁用盆裝。
