説實話，感覺都挺一般的，從設施到服務，相比在其他省份住過的迎賓館、國賓館，這裏的前台服務感覺有點敷衍，不熱情，好像人家更喜歡接待包酒店的大團，對普通的遊客不是那麼熱情。另外，房間窗外的景色也是亂七八糟，雜亂的房頂。

房間整潔，被褥乾淨舒適，設施完好，送水果和酸奶（正宗的西寧老酸奶）。前台接待服務熱情，周到細緻。早餐無敵了，品種多，味道好，都是酒店自己做的，沒有預製材料。
