房間裝修還算可以，時間久了但用材看起來質量可以，就是馬桶沖水力度不夠，毛巾又舊又有黑色斑點。洗手間放置衣服的架子太高了，155cm的成年人都拿不到。最後該投訴的是前台接待那個男的，態度很欠，晚上7點就説沒房了，這是最後一間房了。本來要換一件不要對着馬路的房間，因為小孩剛從青海高反回來，需要安靜些，他死活不肯，後面一堆旅行團過來了，也還是安排在10樓，吵得要命，這把我給氣炸了。既然旅行團都在10樓，換一間不對着馬路的有問題嗎？而且我比旅行團早登記入住！那個男前台對待外地客人就是兩幅嘴臉，這間酒店的老闆真的應該來看看自己酒店人員的服務，什麼叫服務！雖然300多元的酒店不應該要求太多，但服務業的基本就是做好服務。第二天換了一個男的前台就好多了，退房申請延遲了半小時。服務業應該請一些有熱忱的員工，跟人的顏值和學歷無關，而不是那些趕客人的員工！！！青甘環線唯一的一次差評給了酒店男前台接待！！
