The facilities in the room are relatively old. I heard from the housekeeping manager that it has been open for 10 years and the equipment is a bit old. For example, when using the shower head 🚿, the shower head on the top will drip cold water. The bathroom lacks a ventilation and exhaust system. There is a strange smell. The refrigerator refrigeration function is not working. After feedback, the room was changed and repaired in time.
Restaurant manager Amy is very attentive to customer feedback. The chicken sauce wontons for breakfast are made with onions and garlic. Since I don’t eat onions and garlic, I asked the chef to make a wonton without onions and garlic the next day. Coffee can also be made with ice 🧊 American☕️ or room temperature latte according to customer preferences
