房間設施老舊，夠不上四星，最多三星，而且沒有無煙房，沒有空調，屋裡略悶。電路老化，住店期間房間莫名其妙的跳閘了。酒店服務水平還停留在上個世紀，攜程預訂的付過房費了，到店還要單獨繳納按金。酒店早餐沒有四星標準，而且早上9點就閉餐，服務人員着急下班，不到9點勺子就都收走了，九點十分全部收攤完畢，還不忘提醒客人我們下班了，您趕緊吃。酒店停車一天衹給一次停車卷，如果多次進出，看車大爺要給臉色看。住店期間，家裡人水土不服在酒店睡午覺，期間服務員多次打擾，休息都休息不好。房間衞生間內貼着直飲水，但這水燒開有水鹼。酒店健身房“藏在”頂樓，哪都沒寫，不問前台沒人告訴你。總之，建議提升服務水平，都是細節
