Very clean, good front desk service

The location and hardware of the hotel are indeed a big competitive advantage at this price. The lady in the housekeeping department also treats guests with a homely service attitude. The only problem is the FO. I went there twice in one month. The first time they said that the invoice had been issued. The second time they went there, the invoice for the previous time had not been issued yet. Then they said that there was no invoice. They asked me to add WeChat and said that they would issue the invoice to me together. However, it took more than half a month to process it. In the end, the invoice was only issued for one night. I said that there were still two nights that had not been issued, so they ignored me on WeChat. I really don’t know if the Finance department really doesn’t work and doesn’t give the FO an invoice, or if the FO really doesn’t want to issue it.

This hotel is terrible, there is no human touch at all. I was arranged to stay here by the Environmental Protection Bureau. My friend sent some cattle and sheep to the hotel restaurant for a few hours, but they refused decisively. The towels in the room were particularly dirty.

The room is decorated in Chinese style, with complete facilities, clean and hygienic. There are even conditioners and skin creams (general hotels only have shampoo and shower gel), which feels great! It feels like I paid for the luxurious service with the money of the common people! Worth recommending!

Stayed one more night, mainly because the sanitation was OK, although the bathroom and toilet shared a door, but if it was a family trip, it didn't matter. There were many places to eat around.

It's quite convenient. The hotel is quite big, but the service is not up to par. The air conditioning is from 6pm to 12pm. It's very hot in the middle of the night. The hotel front desk doesn't have a refrigerator, and can't coordinate with the catering department to freeze ice packs for medicines. I coordinated with the warehouse downstairs to buy them, but they didn't freeze them. Fortunately, ice cubes can be bought in Mixue Ice City. The mattress makes noise and shakes when two people sleep on it. It's not a silent mattress. The words printed on the bedding are from other hotels. I guess the hotel is not using new ones.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to museums. There are local delicacies downstairs, the steamed buns are delicious, the beef soup is also good, the room layout is standard, the linens are comfortable, the only drawback is that the parking lot is a bit tight and narrow, my X5 has to be parked alone on the side or in a corner, otherwise it will affect the cars next to it. Everything else is fine!
