It is the most satisfactory hotel in the Northwest trip! Before checking in, Xiao Ai communicated by phone that the room had been arranged in advance. When checking in, I asked which restaurant was good nearby. After the lobby staff gave detailed directions, they told Xiao Ai to WeChat me the restaurant business card for navigation. The apartment room type is very reasonable, and the living and sleeping space is separated. The most surprising thing is the cloakroom! Washing machines, refrigerators and induction cookers are all equipped, which is very suitable for families staying for several days. Although there were minor problems, the hotel actively solved them with a sincere attitude. Finally, I would like to emphasize the praise of the breakfast waiter: we stayed for three consecutive days. On the first two days, as soon as we entered the restaurant, the waiter asked if we needed coffee or tea and which flavor, but we were not asked on the third day; after we took the meal and sat down, a little girl brought American and cappuccino according to our habit! This is a real surprise! It is the service of a real high-end hotel: remember the needs of the guests carefully. I really didn’t expect that there would be such a sense of service in the relatively closed Northwest region! The hotel breakfast was also very satisfying: I had my favorite cheese, as well as local mutton soup, milk tea...
