這個是我多次入住的酒店，每次來西寧住這家酒店，整齊乾淨，而且軟服特別好，工作人員服務和藹熱情，而且考慮的特別周到，管家小張每次我入住酒店之前都會和我提前聯繫，安排氧氣提供美食訊息，這個酒店是值得信任，強烈推薦！這是由於時間比較倉促，所以沒來得及拍照。

The service is impeccable. The hotels with really good service are the ones that guests actively give good reviews to! I have stayed in several Sofitel hotels, and this one in Xining is the best. It is very cost-effective to stay here in the off-season. From helping to deliver luggage to the room upon arrival, the hotel cleaning the room, the thoughtful fruits and small gifts, to sending to the car after departure, they are all very good~ The employees I have come into contact with all have a feeling of loving their work, sincerely caring about the guests and knowing how to measure. Oxygen cylinders and oral liquid were left in the room. I haven't stayed in a hotel with such warm service for a long time. It makes up for the small shortcomings of the relatively old facilities. Maybe I will recommend adding some smart home products in the future (personal feeling). Overall, it is highly recommended to stay here when traveling~
