I booked a hotel in Xining in advance. After checking in, I found that there was no air conditioning. I stayed there until midnight and couldn't fall asleep. I contacted Xining Sofitel to check in and slept until dawn. But I found that the air conditioning was still not working. Then I contacted Xiaoyue from the reservation department and quickly arranged for an engineer to check the room. Later, they helped me change the room and arranged afternoon tea and breakfast. It completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel lobby is bright and atmospheric, and the thangka paintings on the walls of the hotel are exquisite, which makes people stop and appreciate. The service staff are very, very serious. Give Xiaoyue and the service staff 👍🏻
