找房時特意找了一個不在主幹道上的，希望安靜，結果天人算不如天算，門口道路在修理狀態中，施工應該是持續到晚上近12點，早上8點開始。
日期2023年7月30日。
隔音不佳。有溢價可以理解，但是溢價和品質相比，稍微多了一點。
