前台工作人員不知道為什麼住了兩次都要收我按金，然後攜程電話協調説我們閃住不用按金才沒收，工作人員態度一直不咋樣，不是很耐煩的那種，全程沒有笑容，早飯都懶得去吃，服務對不起它的價格

This hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. The A/C worked and you couldn't hear noise from the hallways (well-insulated). The translation capabilities were lacking, but you could make do with your own app. Breakfast and dinner were great. If i came to Xining again, i would stay here.

作為大西北環線的第一站，酒店很舒服，很新。酒店邊上雖然在休路，但影響不大。周邊配套的餐廳走個馬路對面就有，還算方便。

來了有空房幫忙免費升級了房型，很感謝。酒店確實挺新的，但是水比較冷不夠熱，不知道為什麼。酒店位置在老城區，門口又在修路，交通一般，沒有新城區交通快速。
