老酒店，設施等老舊就算了，關鍵是服務非常差，本不想差評，也不想投訴，後面追究原因發現，從經理開始就沒有服務意識：1、一件衣服丟在房間，24小時後尋找酒店，為什麼發現我的衣服不通知我，經理各種狡辯，説是退房後不會第一時間查房搞衞生，我問他兩點半退房，幾點查房，他説4-5點。我説我是24小時後才問你酒店的，結果經理無話可説，惱羞成怒：問我衣服丟在酒店是誰造成的？我就想問一下，你作為服務行業，服務意識是不是應該有？2、打了多次電話，找到衣服，請其幫忙快遞，因為我還在外面出差，收不到的原因叮囑服務員，寄普快，不要寄特快！結果偏偏寄特快！經理聽到後解釋是：寄快了！快遞送快了！！！後面直接問我，你衣服丟酒店是誰的責任？給你寄了，寄快了還有問題了？有和經理溝通錄音，可惜不能上傳！本不想差評，實在是這個經理態度太差！給經理反映問題，聽不下去，告訴他聽不下去就差評，後面堅持聽了後各種詭辯，詭辯沒道理，直接翻臉！！！皇冠酒店老闆不知道你了不瞭解？這麼大的資產，交給這樣的人來糟蹋，要是酒店黃了，估計你還不知道原因吧！
