Hygiene is so bad

The sanitary environment is terrible. I don't know why the rating is so high. It feels like mold when I open the door. There are a lot of mold spots on the walls. When I lift the quilt, there are several short hairs. I don't know if the sheets have been changed. The sound insulation effect is really good. It's hard to describe. At one or two o'clock in the middle of the night, I heard people clamoring in the corridor asking for special services. The sink in the bathroom was too dirty. There was a large, palm-sized mess of sticky shampoo or shower gel that was not wiped off at all. Come on, there is no mouthwash cup, the edge of the toilet is yellow and dirty and has not been wiped, and sometimes the water cannot be flushed, so I have to squat to go to the toilet. The only good thing is that the service at the front desk is very good.
