This is a truly satisfying hotel that I booked through Ctrip. The setting is superb, located right by Donglin Lake with lush greenery that creates a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The lobby is impressively grand, and the butterfly-themed lighting is a definite highlight. The check-in service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we even received a thoughtful welcome gift. The purple turndown notes were a particularly charming touch – both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including breakfast, a gym, and a swimming pool. The rooms are cozy and elegant, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows. All in all, a truly excellent hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, hygienic, convenient, and there are many snacks around.

Health is OK,,, the environment is not bad,,, the facilities are quite complete, living is very comfortable and comfortable, next time you come to Zhengzhou to live in this place.

The location is superb. It's only about a hundred meters from both Exits B and D of Erqi Subway Station. There's a night market right downstairs, a snack street, and Asia Shopping Mall nearby, so finding food is never an issue. The hotel is quite new, and the room facilities are excellent. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the shower head has really strong water pressure. There are automatic curtains, a huge TV screen that supports casting, and even robots that deliver takeout. I particularly liked the square table, which was practical for both dining and working on my laptop. It was such a treat to sit there, enjoy my takeout, and watch 'Divas Hit the Road' cast on the big screen! I must especially commend the front desk staff – I forgot her name, but she was incredibly kind. When I checked in, she noticed I was hot and immediately offered me ice-cold mineral water to cool down. Later, she even gave me cooling patches, an eye mask, and earplugs. This left a deep impression on me and made me feel incredibly cared for and warm inside! When you're traveling alone, it really means a lot to feel cared for. I truly experienced the warmth and hospitality of the people of Henan! This was my first stay at an Orange Hotel, and it will definitely be my top choice for future trips. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner in this weather. The merchant also told me that there is no air conditioner at this price. The shower water is very big. The storage water heater is not afraid of running out of hot water. The cup bed is very comfortable. I don't like soft beds because I have to catch the first line 1 subway at 6:30 the next day. It's very close here. It takes 5 minutes to get to the subway entrance without delay. If you come early at night, you can go shopping at Erqi Square.

I woke up energetically the next day and went to Erqi Square to go shopping and eat. And the boss is also very nice and kind. Generally speaking, it is very suitable for two people to travel and stay.
