這個酒店前台服務太差，8點退房打她休息了，臉不是鼻子不鼻子，還説寫着呢，自助辦理就完了唄！收了退房按金，讓我先走，沒人查房，怕吸煙燙地毯，按金微信退，説的邏輯對嗎？説上午12點前給開發票，下午了還沒給開呢！酒店老闆好看看這種退房程序對嗎？
