還是要感謝客房的保潔大姐，很細心，能發現我遺落在酒店很小的耳線，並交給前台。前台小姐姐及時打電話通知了我並寄回。東西雖小，但對個人來講很重要。邢台去過很多次，但還是一次住萬峯，酒店不錯，有機會還會去，當面説謝謝！

There was no hot water for showering at night, and I contacted customer service only to be told that the power system was under maintenance. The front desk service was not enthusiastic, and the service did not keep up with the hotel star rating. Something fell on the bathroom floor, and when I looked for it, I found that the countertop was very dirty and even had garbage.
