入住玖崇湖酒店，接待的是劉管家，由於當天房態沒那麼緊張，給我們免費升級了房型，很不錯，酒店有温泉，水樂園，清吧，餐廳，KTV，健身房，都挺不錯的，離店劉管家還貼心準備了點小零食和水，點贊，下次再過來。

2大1小鳳凰灣無限次温泉&水樂園:挺好玩的，有一個項目超級刺激，超好玩！
設施：還好吧！原來攜程那裡顯示的五星級☆☆☆☆☆是虛評的，虛評！！！店裡的管家🤵説她們酒店🏨並非五星級酒店！！！管家的服務還好，但酒店的保潔員阿姨的服務就不行🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️！其他員工都很有禮貌待人！
衞生：挺好
環境：很好，就是看好這家酒店的環境和水上樂園，娛樂項目
服務：有些很好，有些不好🙅♀️！跟管家説被子，枕頭，拿了一個下午就衹有被子！枕頭還要我打電話到前台💁催，才送枕頭來！有這麼忙嗎？
