五月剛回來過，六月又回來，每次爸爸媽媽都選擇堅持住迎賓館，可能這麼多年也不想嘗試其他，還是信任開了多年的迎賓館

1 早上的自助餐廳一塌糊塗，裏面的蒼蠅亂飛，其他顧客提出了疑問，工作人員就使勁拍蒼蠅，説話聲音非常大，不知道沖誰撒氣？煮麪的地方連個煎雞蛋都沒有，反正要主動提才有。
2 昨晚入住前台要求額外再付按金，我感到非常的詫異，反正我在APP及酒店前台處都沒有看到任何書面要求。最後我看小姑娘歲數小，壓住了分貝沒有多説，反正也拒絕付款任何按金。
3 房間給我辦錯了床型，電話後給我辦了新的房卡，忘了加磁。我又不得不到樓下繼續刷卡回房間。
4 前台打招呼給了我兩瓶水，我還放在房間裏了。我不是要去吐槽你們做的到底有多不好，更多時候希望你們尊重一下客户，做事情要嚴謹認真，規規矩矩的。既然開酒店，就不要那麼小氣，早飯吃的真的太差了和同價位的酒店去比。那個拍蒼蠅的聲音，想想就不要吃了。

酒店位置很好，交通很方便，房間設施落後的，房間也非常乾淨整潔，小李服務態度好，熱情的介紹早餐時間和地點，還帶領我們到電梯，一路上熱情的講解酒店的細節，期待下次入住。

總體感覺還可以。
服務意識有待提高。房間放了兩瓶水，喝完了給服務人員説再給兩瓶水，説是要收費！我説住了這麼多酒店，都實現了飲用瓶裝水自由。這位服務員一臉吃驚，好像聞所未聞。
一路江南遊，住宿山東國際大廈、無錫太湖飯店、上海大廈、南通有斐大酒店、揚州二十四橋酒店、淮安賓館、徐州開元名都大酒店都是飲用瓶水自由。
