不怎麼樣，電視機拉胯，標的有窗確是內窗，採光差，加上電視lj住在裏面是真的難受，而且一進門裡麪地上還是濕的，異味嚴重。

賓館離興國站走路七八分鐘，離西站大概10公里的樣子，打車過去衹要20分鐘，趕車比較方便，但是沒有電梯，行李太多的話可能不太好搬

入住的很不愉快，我訂的是普通房，幾十塊錢的房費，入住時老闆説沒有普通房了，就給我換了個標間，特意叮囑我另一張床不要動。因為我訂的是普通房，換了標間後老闆也沒增加房費，這可以理解，我也答應了。第二天早上老闆突然打個電話給我，説我因為付的是普通房的房費，不能使用空調，現在我已經使用了空調，需要交20塊錢空調使用費，入住也沒有提前説不能使用空調並且普通房換成標間也不是因為我的原因啊！就塊錢的房費要我付20塊錢的空調使用費，並且入住時老闆並未告知我。我不同意，老闆見我態度堅決，就説給個10塊錢就行了，本來我也不想給，因為我認為這並非是我的錯誤造成的。然後就鬧得很不愉快，老闆就説什麼“錢又不多”從未見過我這樣的顧客什麼的”態度這麼差”之類的話語，這話讓我心情很不好。確實10塊20塊錢確實不多，要是正常的房費多一些錢我也可以接受，但換了房間還以空調使用費收這個錢就很不合適了並且還是在未告知的情況下第二天才來收取，我認為這個做法不合適的！最後我退房的時候還是付了10塊錢空調使用費，我也不想再去和老闆吵這個事情了，反正一次性買賣，以後絕對不會再入住該賓館了！

房間乾淨衞生，純棉挺舒服的，價格也很實惠，空調效果可以，吃飯交通啥的也方便，離火車站很近，去市中心也近。
