這棟樓都是幹民宿的。設施有些老了，房間和圖片不一樣，圖片看起來挺好看的，實際住的覺得一般。收費也不便宜。當時入住時間比較晚忘了拍照片了，要不然發上來大家對比一下是不是實拍

這次入住體驗超乎預期！從前台辦理入住時，工作人員熱情專業，不僅快速安排好了房間，還貼心推薦了周邊美食。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴設施嶄新且智能化，洗漱用品品質也很高。早餐種類豐富，中西式菜品都有，現煮的麪條和烘焙點心尤其美味。酒店位置絕佳，離地鐵站和商圈都很近，出行購物十分方便。最驚喜的是細節服務，晚上回房發現服務員已幫忙開好夜床，還放了晚安小點心。性價比超高，下次來這邊還會選擇這家！

房東人不錯 除了這點 房子整體體驗很不好 首先衞生就不過關 衞生間還有之前女生的頭髮和假睫毛 毛巾什麼的都沒用 床品也不好 睡着還不舒服 被子和枕頭質量特差 衞生也不過關 多虧帶了一次性四件套
