除了環境以外，酒店的一切都滿意。為什麼環境不是滿分呢？因為酒店後面的那個海灘是個石頭灘，水也很臟，沒法游泳，有些失望。孩子在石頭裡麪夾螃蟹玩的很開心，但是這不是完整的海邊度假。

訂的雙床房，房間非常大，收拾的乾淨，洗漱用品這些很大方，每天免費4瓶水，服務員還給我們娃找了個小水桶去趕海。酒店走過後麪的草坪就是海邊，退潮全是小螃蟹和小魚，閉眼抓，帶孩子抓的很快樂，是石頭灘，一定一定要穿鞋，還要小心滑倒。酒店的室外泳池非常好，有三亞的感覺，太好玩兒了，明年還去

應該是老牌酒店，我們預訂的房型沒有了，前台小女孩勸我們改大床房未果，便幫助升級了房間，但另一個前台有點不高興，沖她喊升級的房間之後都要還回來。前台員工應該加強培訓，有什麼問題不能當著客人面説，私下解決比較好。酒店早餐人非常多，而且衹要時間一到，不管餐廳有沒有客人，就把中間的燈全熄滅了。房間空調壞了，特別熱，打電話給前台，一直沒有人來修。
