酒店房間設施老舊，衞生一般，工作人員態度一般，指引停車的保安叔叔反而是最有耐心的。早餐就是飯堂形式的，一人一份，出去吃會選擇多很多。唯一感覺好的，依然是温泉區，環境好，温泉乾淨，是真的可以泡温泉。
