那天入住後下午六七點左右，應該是工作人員吧，當時我是不知道他是工作人員，臉有點紅應該是喝過酒了，拿着萬能卡刷了開了我房間門，我一個人入住下意識會拿東西擋住房間門口，聽到開門那一聲着實嚇到了，過了一會反應過來後我想打電話投訴，電話沒通，我就去前台打算質問，看到前台那個男的正是開我門的人，我不是很確定我就問他是不是來我的門的人，再問他説是在看有無空房騰出來，我很是不理解，我入住你們電腦沒記錄的嗎？我一直問這個，他也回答不上來，支支吾吾的。
