房間衞生一般，枕頭髮黃，浴室有污垢！還有最拉垮的是，大堂有人抽煙，還不及時制止！朋友去和工作人員反應，工作人員很不耐煩，更騷的操作是，大堂裏一共2堆人，一堆我們，一堆是抽煙者，工作人員跑過來大聲問我們誰在抽？這不是要引起兩波人的矛盾嗎？之所以找工作人員就是為了避免雙方產生矛盾，這工作人員的基本職業素養真是屈指可數了！最滿意的是室外泳池的遊玩，雖然租借電動浮板需要花錢，但第一次玩還是挺開心的！朋友還偶遇了斯諾克排名第一的約翰併合影，意外的收穫了！

酒店服務很好，小蔡服務非常熱情，已經相處成很好的朋友啦，酒店價格優惠，一直在跟朋友介紹，環境很好，飯後徒步非常方便，房間衞生十分乾淨，入住辦理也很快，印象非常好的酒店

下午2點入住，結果6點多了還入住不了，前台提出自助餐補償，不過我們都吃過晚飯了衹能稍坐喝了些飲料
房間擺放很細節，其中有一瓶水是冷藏的，對於夏天比較合適，但是無線網絡非常不方便，洗漱時牙膏也沒有，電視機比較老舊，機頂盒有問題，打了兩次電話才解決，移動衣架沒有每個房間都配備，對於夏天遊過泳衣服晾曬比較不方便
迷你吧飲料收費，提示不明顯，以往酒店免費或者有較明顯的提示，天氣熱小朋友喝了飲料，結果收費15元一瓶，最後退房非常不愉快。
