沒有處在鬧市之中，反而安靜安逸～門口的沙子非常適合小朋友們玩～老闆特別友好，早晨沒怎麼吃早餐，給我們裝了好多玉米豆包和紅薯。帶着小朋友去爬山，一路都有吃的健康有營養。非常推薦～

非常滿意的一次住宿，新昌下巖貝真的是風景絕美，柯橋出發大概兩個小時能到。民宿就在下巖貝村裡麪，房子西面沒有任何遮擋，可以看到絕美的落日（落日就在十九峯正上方落下，特別贊）本來早上是可以直接在房間裏看到雲海的，奈何太懶直接睡到八點哈哈。老闆娘姐姐非常健談，而且很熱情，早餐親自做了當地特的榨麪給我們。希望下次還有機會再來下巖貝。

前後都有挺大的停車場，院子也很大，廚師燒的菜味道不錯。老闆很用心，礦泉水等很多用品上都能看到酒店的名字。
衞生稍有不足，衞生間發現一衹蟑螂。

去一次就愛上了新昌下巖貝，每次去必入住有方恬園。這家民宿給我感覺非常清新恬靜，房間整潔衞生，民宿東邊就是穿巖十九峯和大片茶園，他們家院子很大，停車方便，晚上坐在他們家的院子裏喝茶吃飯打牌非常愜意。重點：夏天無蚊子，這點真愛了。這家民宿是一位文藝範的女主一家人開的，比較有品味，家人都非常熱情好客，有求必應，菜品也非常新鮮美味，每次去他們家裡長者會給我們當嚮導瀏覽周邊的美景，超級好。這次去家人們推薦玩了天燭湖、十九峯、安山古道。每個景點都超美，又養眼又涼爽，美得我都不想回來了，真是避暑好去處。

有方恬園的員工都很熱情，會和我們介紹周邊的景點，老闆娘還很客氣，接送我們上下山，入住的兩天，雖然沒有出太陽，但非常舒服，房間看出去的景色也很贊，非常推薦這家民宿，早飯也挺好吃的。
