位置很僻靜，適合悠閑度假，酒店比較新，設施和服務都很好。有擺渡車穿梭大堂，房間，泳池等各處，服務人員非常有禮貌。在山頂咖啡廳小坐，視野很好。碰上一場大雨，成了難忘的印象。早餐不好吃，五歲多小朋友超過身高加早還要一百多。晚餐還可以，比較貴。總體來説，可以再去一次。

酒店整體服務不錯，尤其是管家Helen，積極主動，非常貼心，能夠提前考慮到客人需求；另外還要點名表揚泳池酒吧的Jack（不知道有沒有記錯名字，9.9晚上當職的），服務非常好；酒店接駁車很充足，基本上隨叫隨到，體驗感很好；馬場工作人員也很友善，當天雖然沒有騎馬，但工作人員仍然熱情介紹，還主動給了紅蘿蔔可以餵馬和其他小動物。

對此次住宿體驗十分滿意，管家的服務特別加分。管家#Jason 能夠在到達前收集客户需求，並能盡力滿足；入住以後，管家也能隨時回覆，並且很適時的幫我預訂了晚上餐廳；第二天離開前，也穩妥安排好了伴手禮。
下次還是會入住該酒店，此次入住雙陽台房真的令人印象深刻，管家服務也符合高級度假酒店的標準，酒店餐廳口味也不錯。

這次家庭出遊入住新昌安嵐，總體感覺不錯，尤其接待員小許非常熱情，主動加微信，隨時都幫我們解決問題，並幫我們升級了房型。

酒店就在景區，出入方便，自駕提前登記車牌通行很順暢。房間很大，自帶庭院。有果盤，冰箱裏飲料免費。下午服務員會再送6瓶水來，畢竟貼心。出入都有電瓶車接送，服務人員都熱心周到。 室外泳池超棒的，夏天最佳伴侶。纜車到山頂，風景也很美，可以看日落。穿過後門步行可達網紅村，不想在酒店吃的話，村裡也有很多餐廳。 套餐裏含了小童餐，量很足，大人吃也沒問題。等天氣涼爽一些，還想再來，今年暑假太熱了，周邊景點都沒怎麼玩，當然泡在酒店也很爽。
最後誇下管家Helen，很細緻，每天温馨提醒，各種預約安排，非常貼心。
