選址很好，酒店很漂亮，房間也很大，登雲梯蠻好玩的。管家Helen服務很周到，走的時候還送了小點心。去景點打車比較貴，最好還是自駕。

整個酒店相當於一個小景區，內部電瓶車隨叫隨到，活動也比較豐富，非常適合親子游，管家小許的服務非常好，下次還會再來

在攜程下單3天2晚遊不久，新昌安嵐Jason先生就跟我聯繫了，第一次感覺安心，温暖。出租車進入山谷裏的遊客中心，一路曲經通幽，然後豁然開朗，像極桃花源。check in服務人員表達清晰，使我馬上規劃好了接下來的活動。客房臨韓妃江，房內乾淨，高，智能；窗外滿眼綠色及平靜的韓妃江水。電車隨叫隨到，有網紅登山梯把我們從山谷送上山頂活動看夕陽。酒店餐廳小貴，我們叫外賣，管家也會及時送達。第二天發現因上海“貝碧嘉”颱風，回程的交通全停了，衹能放棄山谷間騎馬，游泳及其他各種活動，申請提前回滬，在Jason的幫助下與攜程的高效溝通，順利退回部分資金，並在颱風到達上海前順利回家。新昌安嵐，留點遺憾，下次再來。

酒店風景優美 電瓶車響應及時 管家傑森非常禮貌熱情 另外山上喝下午茶的地方 有個美女姐姐 應該是領班 穿黑色西裝的 人特別好 還幫我們協調了下午茶 雖然最後由於颱風原因趕着回上海 沒有喝到下午茶 但是特別感謝她
