房間很大很乾凈，樓上樓下都有電視和洗手間好評。
工作人員都很友善，會幫忙介紹好玩好吃的，對狗狗也很友善。
晚上很安靜，早晨被鳥唱歌叫醒的感覺真不錯。
早餐好吃，下次來新昌再來。

環境很不錯，適合休閑放空的好地方，不收任何外界的干擾。進山路線有些不方便，也是與世隔絕的一個因素。服務也是蠻不錯的，但是餐飲有些小貴。

晚上臨時定房間，竟然意外撿到了寶！晚上雖然山路霧氣大略有點慌，但是到了酒店就很舒適了，潮濕下雨的天氣，房間裏也乾燥温暖亮堂，第二天的早餐也很好吃！

設施：房間硬件設施沒的説，衞浴系統都是漢斯格雅品牌的，智能馬桶雖然不能自動沖水，但能滿足基本需求，燈光調整雖然不像酒店，夜燈，閲讀，明亮幾個模式都有，三室一廳樓上兩間大床，樓下一間雙床，長者小朋友互不打擾，電視遇到點小問題，對習慣看電視的老年人不太友好
衞生：用餐住宿的衞生都比較滿意
環境：單獨的一個山頭，除了住宿用餐的客人沒有大流量的人羣，而且不同的天氣不同的景色
服務：整體服務沒啥問題，晚餐的費用不低但尚可接受，雖然味道不錯，但是量確實不太大，第一天長者和小朋友都沒吃飽

景色一級棒，在深山裡麪很舒服，衞生略點瑕疵，房間裏面的浴巾有破洞的，整體乾淨。服務一般，有改進的空間。本來是衝著無邊泳池去的，結果水也沒放滿。
