有一個戴眼鏡的前台，不尊重客人，客人在前台説話，她在裏面不出來蹺二郎腿玩手機，其他前台都服務沒有這樣，還有我們結婚，嫌我們吵，那麼吵就不要開賓館了呀，誰敢來你們酒店住？我住過酒店，沒見過這麼服務態度差的前台，我們還以為老闆呢，要不是朋友推薦，我才不去住，還有故意調網上房費，我們開三間房，本來看網上價格便宜點優惠點網上訂，結果前台一會一個價格，真的是手急眼快，就這樣我可以投訴這個前台了。下次再不來了，也不可能推薦朋友去了。態度太惡劣了
