剛入住發現房間枕頭下一衹活蹦亂跳的小強，給前台打電話告知情況後，前台小姐姐回覆讓客服過來給我們換一間房間，一會客服過來，直接説“哪裡怎麼了嘛，”極度不耐煩。我指着枕頭下，讓她自己看，她居然説“蟑螂嗦，我還以為又是啥我沒打掃乾淨”，她把趕走後，就準備走了，我天！我和同事問他，那你怎麼解決，她才不耐煩又説那給你換一間嘛。把隔壁房間打開，又不插房卡，我和同事幹站着，喊她幾聲才説讓我們把之前房間房卡插過去。整個過程，這個服務員沒有一句致歉，反而是極度不的不耐煩！！！給半顆星都是多餘的！

這是一次非常不愉快的入住體驗。1.入住時候房間有4袋茶葉，我用了兩袋，（看起來好一點），退房時候説一袋十塊錢。扣按金20元。我沒看到有標識。後面投訴反饋説有。但至少擺放地方不那麼明顯，茶葉袋也沒有標識。到底有沒有另外的標識。表示懷疑。但茶葉袋上面確定沒有標識。放的水瓶蓋上有需要付錢的標識。2.拖鞋是斷底了，穿去門口吃麪才發覺，很尷尬，也很不舒服。3.退房時，前台説要扣茶葉錢，我説我沒看到，我會給差評，前台説那是你權利，隨便。4.下午通過攜程反饋，酒店經理説把前台開除了。本身酒店經理打個電話就能解決的問題，結果搞得開除員工。這鍋甩得猝不及防。
這是一次非常尷尬的入住體驗。
