And the ordinary standard room can be outrageous, almost the size of the four rooms in Atour! The minibar in the room also has soda, yogurt fruit at night, breakfast is also very rich, all kinds of smart equipment, this configuration is what kind of bicycles are needed at this price, almost the level of Hilton Huiting but half the price! ! Business parents and children are recommended!

I came to Xichang with my friends. The hotel is very new. We booked a superior twin bed. The front desk lady helped us upgrade it for free and gave us two breakfast coupons. The hotel is a smart hotel. Xiaodu greeted us as soon as we entered the door. As soon as we entered the room, we saw that it was very large and spacious, especially the bathroom was bigger. It was also very quiet at night and it was very comfortable to stay! The location is very good, just above Wanda, and it is very convenient to reach Jianchang Ancient City, Qionghai Park, and see the jacaranda trees. I will stay here again next time!

Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. However, the hotel is semi-open. The room we stayed in faced the commercial street and was on the second floor. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very noisy at night. The door to the balcony was broken and could not be closed. There was also a big brother quarreling downstairs in the early morning. I was really impressed. The sound was like it was right next to my ear. Earplugs were prepared in the room, but to be honest, it didn't help. I was surprised to have a good night dessert, but only one was delivered the next day and I didn't know how to divide it. After asking by phone, it was delivered quickly. As for breakfast, it felt very simple. I thought there was no set meal on the first day and didn't ask about it. On the second day, someone came to ask whether it was Chinese or Western. P.S. The speakers were quite a surprise.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, and the extra-long island counter made it easy to put things down. The entryway closet area was also very large. The placement of the washbasin and bathroom fixtures was well-designed and convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and the toilet even had a blue light sterilization feature. The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with Tangyuan and Wanda just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel service was superb 👍🏻. The ladies at the front desk had sweet smiles and soft, pleasant voices. They also offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. On the day of check-out, due to a temporary power outage, they even gave me a small gift, which I really liked. Plus, they extended my check-out time until 2 PM. This is truly my ideal hotel for travel. Everything was just perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The room is large, clean and modern. There are welcome fruits and local peach juice drinks, which are very delicious. The breakfast is extremely rich and of good quality. It has its own parking lot with 4 slow charging parking spaces. The price-performance ratio is very high and the service is excellent. It is the best hotel we stayed in during this trip.

Hotel facilities are new, Tmall Genie intelligent control, eat a lot nearby, the environment is also very good, quiet and comfortable, the hotel breakfast is also good, the experience is very good, travel is good choice.

Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily. There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light). Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

The quality control of the room was poor. When I first checked in, the bathroom door could not be opened from the inside. The engineer came to deal with it and told him that there was a problem with the slide rails and that it could not be solved in a short time. The door could not be fully closed or it would not open. It was really embarrassing for a family of three boys in their teens. I contacted the front desk to change rooms and got a room next door. Secondly, the room sizes are different, and the air conditioner is very loud. As a stopover during the trip, the focus is on sleep quality. The engineer came to deal with it again, but also to no avail. He asked the manager on duty to come over and communicate with him, but he still didn't come. It was really hard to hesitate, so I decided to go back to the room where the bathroom door was broken. 1. There is nothing wrong with maximizing hotel revenue, but at least quality assurance is required. The bathroom door is broken, and the wallpaper on the room walls is damaged due to water leakage. It is really difficult to support the Ctrip score of 4.9. 2. There was a lack of professionalism in handling problems that occurred that day, and there was no follow-up. 3. The staff of the engineering department are sincere and pragmatic. Regarding the air conditioning problem, they were still on site to deal with it long after I left the room. 4. When checking out the next day, a lady at the front desk should be friendly, show concern and give a souvenir to express her apology. For us, the closed loop of souvenirs cannot improve the problems during the check-in process, and these items are not used. It is recommended that hotels control daily details and achieve value for money first.

It is very close to Qionghai Lake and Lushan Mountain. The environment is quiet and the style is more Zen, which is very popular with me. The parent-child room is very spacious, and the layout of the room is so lovely for children. As soon as my sister entered the hotel, she started to play with the little yellow ducks, and my brother had a lot of fun on the slide, and kept saying: It's so fun! 😄😄😄The breakfast is rich and varied, and my sister eats more🤣Because the schedule is tight, I haven't enjoyed the comfortable slow life of the hotel yet. I haven't sat in the back garden yet, and I haven't had a cup of coffee yet... It doesn't matter, I'll stay here next time I come to Xichang😋
