本就不隔音的牆上還開了兩道門，美其名曰是家庭互通使用，但是我訂的兩間房中間沒有門，而且分別和不認識的人互通。真的是神奇的分房！
非常不隔音，毫不誇張的説隔壁小孩洗澡最近哼的歌都聽的清清楚楚。

不愧是西昌最好的酒店，整體環境非常棒，房間設施雖然有些年份了，但該有的都有，很乾凈衞生。黑天鵝咖啡館環境很好，游泳池超棒，室外泳池就能看到邛海，小朋友每天都要去，水看起來比較乾淨還有温水池。特別點贊祥和樓的服務員小四妹，特別熱情，隨時都笑眯眯的，主動幫忙，很貼心。園景房雖然看不到邛海，但景色也很不錯。如果早餐更豐富一點就更好了。

房間非常好，原來定了套房，前台美麗的小姐姐給升級到海景套房，住了不想走。房間非常乾淨整潔現代！風景很好！
就是吃飯不大方便，沒有午飯和晚飯供應，附近也沒啥外賣，泡池的水不大乾淨，其他滿分！
