入住的時候説早餐到十點半，十點十多分去的時候説沒有餐了，已經收掉了，感受很不好 ，整個酒店管理比較中規中矩，還要收按金這些 比較耽誤時間

房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情，餐廳早餐品種豐富，還有當地特色蕎麥粑粑和野菜粑粑，不錯👍👍
交道方便，周邊2公里有不少當地網紅美食店，覓食方便。
多次返住這家老五星酒店，不足之處:房間地毯陳舊了。

房間環境和早歺都不錯，停個車還有專人領路，服務很好，值得住，春節假期住了三晚，耍累了能睡個好覺。

酒店設施有些年頭了，但勝在服務員的服務態度都非常好，所以在春節期間高溢價下也勉強合格吧。酒店地理位置還不錯，離沃爾瑪很近

第1個房間馬桶上有尿漬，太噁心了，叫來服務員查看，服務員一直和我一起，又換第2個房間和我訂的房間不符，他沒有那個淋浴房，我洗不了頭，又換第3個房間，服務員打不開門，現在第4個房間，腳墊上面有黃的東西，水果也是壞的！到酒店已經大半夜了！服了，從付了定金到最後一個房間20分鐘！然後到洗澡的時候，地下墊子發現有黃的東西，而且還是臟的！真的是太無語了！以前住過這個酒店，覺得還可以，這次住這裏，真的讓人覺得噁心

感覺在西昌幾天下來住得最舒服的酒店，雖然年頭時間長了，可是維護得挺好，衞生乾淨，安靜服務態度好，免費停車，周邊去哪也方便，值得相信。還贈送的水果還有一套小洗漱用品。
