以後再也不在微信上訂房了，真的夠無語的。我付了82隻給我退了58。昨天沒有實物身份證衹有電子身份證辦理不了入住就第一時間申請退款一直拖到現在還給我扣了24，我沒入住還給我確認入住，後天操作就可以辦到的事情一直拖着就是不及時解決顧客訴求，還給人扣掉部分錢，這操作實屬牛掰。看不懂微信酒店平台的操作了，極致差評。

西昌最爛賓館肯定榜上有名，衞生，服務，這些都別想了，就三字：臟亂差，攜程網上訂的票，並不是入住當天退，店家居然不給退，真的坑，打電話諮詢一下，一聽我們有想退房的要求，後面三次都拒接了，窗户也是壞的，120真的不值，體驗感太差
