乾淨衞生，設施齊全，比較新，空間大，性價比高，做飯設施比較全。東西很乾凈，房東維護得不錯。
可以接受，需要降低期望值的：
公共交通略偏，房子公共設施老舊，觀感不好不影響使用，太陽能熱水器冷熱不均。
個人還是大力推薦，性價比超值。
