第二次入住聽濤藝術酒店，一如既往的好評，早餐豐盛，床品睡着舒服，衞生間和浴室也很大，離洱海也很近

住了幾次這家酒店，最主要的原因是，下水道不反臭。大體乾淨。只是公共地區灰噗噗的，但因為不愛去，所以也不影響。然後就是周圍環境挺好的，過馬路就是瓊海。一樓的胖頭魚南瓜湯，每日必點。送早餐，這點很節約時間。早餐也挺值的。

是給家裡人定的，不太清楚這個房間怎麼樣，好像聽説實際居住起來沒有圖片看上去，以為的那麼好看和舒服，但是拍照挺出片的

感覺被欺騙了，入住的房間，根本不是觀海聽濤，而是另一家酒店，據前台介紹是同一家公司的。房間設施粗糙，浴巾裏也是頭髮，體驗感很差，電話前台要一個加濕器，店員要不是説電話打錯了，要不就是説沒有加濕器。

槽點太多，一是早餐地點和其它酒店共用，十分擁擠；二是早餐種類少分量少，連取餐具都要等；三是停車場有車位還不讓車進。

前台服務態度不耐煩，前台沒有明確指示牌，表達不清晰，處理事情分不清主次，屋內設施不齊全，甚至沒有熱水，作為一個千元價位的酒店，這不是他們該有的服務態度，不是他們該有的服務效果，體驗極差，望整改
