Absolutely adore this place, great location close to Qionghai, great view, safe and quiet. Lovely surroundings, very close to the bus stop.

感覺被欺騙了，入住的房間，根本不是觀海聽濤，而是另一家酒店，據前台介紹是同一家公司的。房間設施粗糙，浴巾裏也是頭髮，體驗感很差，電話前台要一個加濕器，店員要不是説電話打錯了，要不就是説沒有加濕器。

非常差，我們到的時間很晚了，開了兩個房間沒得人帶我們上樓，兩個房間分開的非常遠，最開始讓前台幫我們安排一下房間在一起，一直説沒有房了，最開始我以為我自己真的看錯了沒有房間了，因為我定的價格都是一樣的，有小孩住挨着會方便一點，明明我在網上看到還有房，就是不願意幫我們換一下挨在一起，我們又要照顧小孩，又要自己拿行李，床上還有渣渣，反正入住體驗非常差，説的是挨着邛海海灘那些很近，結果還是要走很遠

第一次住酒店有巨大的蜘蛛從我床上爬下去，工作人員拿了個噴劑弄的房間裏很刺鼻，也沒給我們換個房間，體驗感挺差的。本來是想找個好點的酒店，下次應該不會去了。

上樓要爬梯子，很不方便，這倒是其次，晚上回來沒有熱水洗澡，打去前台也沒人處理，第二天還是沒有熱水，反覆去問了才説是這棟樓的鍋爐壞了，這種問題需要客人反覆來問，發現問題不處理好，不提前通知客人，換個房。一直到第二天下午回來熱水才來，説了熱水來了通知一下，也照樣不通知，服務完全跟不上，西昌淡季接近600的房間也不算便宜了。酒店的位置也很偏僻，周圍沒啥吃的，離瀘山也是有一段距離。很少寫差評，這次算是避雷了。
