Great hotel with very good facilities. Very nice employees, they are so friendly and very helpful, great to talk to them too. Delicious food in the restaurant, we specially like the duck. The hotel resort, next to the famous Qionghai, is definitely in the best scenery of the big Lake( 邛海）。We enjoyed so much walking along the shore. We had great time there!

酒店服務方面非常讓我滿意，這裏的工作人員像是貼心的朋友，讓人感覺温暖又舒服。 剛到酒店時，拖着沉重的行李，禮賓小哥哥立刻上前幫忙，笑容真誠又熱情。辦理入住時，前台工作人員動作麻利，還詳細介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩攻略，比如什麼時候去邛海看日出最好，哪裡的小吃最地道，特別貼心。入住期間，每天打掃房間的阿姨也很細心，不僅把房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，還放了歡迎水果還有涼山雪。早餐更是給這趟旅程加分不少，種類豐富，味道地道。 餐廳環境很好，明亮整潔，還能看到窗外的園景。早餐有各種主食，包子、饅頭、麪條、米線應有盡有，我最愛的是當地特色的米粉，湯汁濃郁，配料豐富，加上一點當地的辣椒，味道絕了。還有各種小菜、水果、飲品，新鮮又美味。工作人員會及時補充食物，收走空盤，整個用餐過程很舒心。這次來西昌選的酒店，一整個沒有踩雷，很滿意，下次過來西昌還會考慮選擇這裏的！

房間太差了，離主樓很遠，吃早餐要走十分鐘，洗澡一半沒熱水了，水質也差，噴了一會兒泥巴顏色的水

首先酒店服務和環境都還可以，但是公寓樓房間設施陳舊，隔音非常差，而且來的時候並不是旺季，明明有朝陽的房間但是入住前台並沒有詢問也沒告知，給我們安排的房間在角落，非常陰冷，而且明明是禁煙房浴巾上都是煙味兒。整體體驗不好 不會再推薦給朋友了

首先酒店公寓不在柏樾酒店，而是隔壁酒店的負一樓，我一直以為是在同一個酒店，真的和柏樾那邊的服務員的服務差太多太多了，前台也是，問個問題都是不耐煩，房間客服也是，不知道她心情不好還是就一直那樣，多問一句話都會生氣那種，五一帶孩子來住，反正確實是不好的體驗

房間里居然沒有沙窗，晚上睡覺都不敢開窗子，樓道油煙味太重，旁邊又在施工，噪聲太大，灰塵也大，早上是被施工噪聲叫酲的就不要説睡午覺了，白天全天都是施工，本來是打算在這連住2晚的，但是體驗太差第二天一早果斷退′房，立馬搬進邛海賓館，那裡確實比珀越好太多，晚上也安靜，珀越一身黑，再也不會去住了
